Project Development and Modular Solutions
Rod is President & CEO of Spectrum Remote Logistics Services Ltd (Also known as Spectrum Global) a Turnkey Solutions Management Company focused on providing support to remote facilities and hotel operations. Rod is also co-owner of Used Modulars Canada Ltd, where he acts as Director of Business Development. Used Modulars Canada Ltd is North America’s number one brokerage and listing site for sourcing,Listing and Brokering Mobile & Modular Structures.
Rod has been responsible for organizing all industry verticals which are inherent with provision of Remote Camps which include supply of modular equipment, support equipment, Construction, Catering, Staffing supply, Management and maintenance supply for projects from 20 person camps to 1500 person facilities.
Tim LeClair
Global Business Development | Indigenous Relations
In his previous role which he held for 5 years, Tim served as Senior Vice President of Business Development and President for a First Nations company and was focused on the company’s strategic development and expansion efforts into high-growth, emerging markets internationally. He has provided a variety of services, including Strategic Business Consulting, Coaching and Growth Planning. He has also overseen a number of Indigenous strategic partnership negotiations including agreement implementation and project execution.
LeClair holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa and Bachelor’s Degree in Political Economy, from the University of Windsor.
Shawn Black CHA, CHGM
Hotels and Facilities Development | Brand Marketing
Over 25 years management and entrepreneurial experience. A large amount of Shawn’s management experience comes from the hospitality industry spanning Caribbean, Central America, and North America, as General Manager and as Corporate Director of multiple properties from private & independent brands, as well as Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts. Shawn’s expertise in the hospitality sector was noticed by the workforce accommodation sector of oil & gas in the Canadian market. His innovations to the industry have made him sought after by private and large corporate companies in this sector looking to have him teach their organizations how to change their methods to attract and retain their workforce. Shawn is focused on emerging markets and building Spectrum Hospitality Group, Which will focus on a high level of service for hotel brands that will include all aspects of hotel services, such as Food and Beverage Services and hotel operations.
Shawn Woods

Shawn has over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry with 24 years experience with the workforce housing & industrial camps, Shawn has progressed throughout his career, starting out as warehouse grocery picker to Chef and onwards to roles such as Director of Operations. Director of Food & Beverage, Regional Manager, and Lodge General Manager servicing 20-man to 8700-man lodges throughout Canada and the United States.
With a Business Management Diploma in Hotel/Restaurant Management he brings forward proficient operational understanding, with budgets/cost controls, project management, procurement and operational structures. Shawn is also active in the community having volunteered for community non profits serving food banks, outreach centers and homeless shelters.

Chef Richard, an award-winning Gold Seal and Gold Medal Chef with a truly impressive resume. Richard, who hails from Halifax Nova Scotia is an expert in large-event catering, organization and deployment.
Most recently of note, his team catered to over 6000 meals per day over 8 days at the Grande Prairie Arctic Winter Games in 2010,as well as the 2018 Grande Prairie Winter Games (35,000 meals) and the 2020 Alberta Winter Games.(25,000+ meals) Richard and his culinary team have provided their award winning food to many levels of Royalty, Dignitaries, Airshows, Military and over 30 major motion pictures during his career.
Matt Barich

Matt is a Metis entrepreneur who has owned and operated several of his own companies. He has developed continuous improvement plans and is a lean manufacturing initiator that is adept at identifying, developing and implementing opportunities for growth during project management while ensuring that projects come in on-time and on-budget.
Matt has had over 16 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. From manufacturing of pressure vessels and piping to full regulatory installation of a 40-million-dollar pipeline. Matt has the capacity to ensure all jobs are operated, tracked and completed accordingly and within customer’s specifications and compliance.
